Corporate communication ??? Your Saxon employee was extremely unfriendly, but then decided to deliver these two pumpkin seed rolls to me. After my payment process, she did not manage to hand me the receipt from the current payment process. I only received the receipt for the EC payment. The receipt from 12.09.2020 that I brought with me as proof was also withheld by your employee. Why? Furthermore, and I have noticed this for several years, the following should be said: Your employees cannot, or not correctly, use the POS software. There are always incorrect entries and incorrect bookings, also in favor of the customer. This has happened to me several times. One also has the impression that the simple counting of articles is not mastered, which in turn means that your customer pays less than is in the bag. Apart from that - CorVid-19: According to your notices in the shop, only 2 customers are allowed to enter the shop. I keep observing that 3 or even more customers are proactively invited to the store by your employees. This was the case several times in a row on September 26, 2020 at around 8 a.m. Corresponding distances are not maintained. At long last: You have very good goods, but your service is often overwhelmed or / or unfocused. You also get the impression that you would be served faster with a second checkout because your employees are in each other's way. Best regards

A baker with a history. I don't know a better baker. Everything tastes good with him. The employees are basically all super nice and helpful. All baked goods are made in their own bakery, which is probably the reason for its popularity. Big thumbs up

Ordered cakes and petit fours for my birthday there on recommendation. The store doesn't look like much at first. Small and easy to miss. Proud price for everyday baked goods - ok, you don't have to shop there. However, if I find at home that I have not received the paid goods (!) And that the goods are missing then I get angry. So happened today. And in the current situation, I won't go there again.
